To improve this photo, I created a black and white effect to help bring out the brighter parts of the photo. This makes it obvious what included more colour, vibrance and contrast. Instead of making the photo plain black and white, I lessened the reds, greens and pink, but I darkened the yellows, purples, browns and navy blues. This was so that all the colours that weren't bright or saturated could be darker. This was to change the main focus from the punts to the buildings. As this photo had more then four colours, I used threshold to increase the attention to every part of this picture.

To change this photo, I created a black and white effect to help bring out the chairs and decrease the attention to the brick wall and any background. The chairs and tables are brown, I brightened the chairs and tables so the focus could be on them more. The hue saturation was decreased, as there was only two colours. I used the curves effect too so that the photo was slightly darkened but at the same time this made it pop out more.

To change this photo, I made it black and white. This time I used this style to blend the model with the graffiti as the wall behind the graffiti was initially grey. However the models clothing was blur and orange, so there was a range of colours in this photo, but I changed the hue and saturation with all colours so that it all looked perfect and there was only black and white, and all black could look the same, whilst all whites look different. However, I decided to keep the yellow in the photo as it was the only very bright colour in the photo, but it also gives a street feel too.

In this photo I brought out the greens and purples. To do this I decreased the hue, increased the saturation and with the black and white effect I increased the purples and greens and decreased the other main colours so that the darker colours to go brighter. The models text on the top is purple, as you can see its brighter, as it blends well with the white background (brick walk).

In this photo, I made the whole photo black and white with that specific effect in photoshop. I blurred the background more, so that the original main focus could have even more attention then before. I used a grainy filter for the main pillar so it looks the same throughout the whole pillar. I dimmed the vibrance and saturation to make the boring parts stand out.
